Worst service I have ever experienced. Purchased a truck from them about two months ago, have literally only drove the truck two weeks in that time frame because they take the truck to work on “signed agreement things” and then they return it not done. They couldn’t even clean the inside of the truck when it was delivered to us, a total xxxx show with broken glass in the back seats. No one in this company communicates with each other about anything. They are not concerned about customer satisfaction, just about bringing in that paycheck. Will never purchase from Murdock again nor recommend to anyone! Buying this truck from Murdock has been the biggest headache of my families life!!
