Lorenzo Ford is Awesome !

Superb service Lorenzo Ford. Maynel the salespersons whom I've dealt with before, once again came up with an excellent deal. Always a pleasure to do business with Maynel. All staff I had dealings with were pleasant and helpful. faultless, Five star service.

Worst place ever!

Worst place ever! Purchased a car and one month later it broke down, called to speak to someone in service to schedule an appointment to get it fixed and The “Manager” was so rude, unprofessional and nasty. She said she only assists customers, so Im not a customer??? said she didn’t want to argue and no longer wanted to speak to me so she hung up. She didn't even give me her name when i asked for it. The customer service here is horrible. No one here is caring or willing to help. She needs to get replaced asap. The whole experience has been unpleasant. If I need to get a lawyer I will.

The Best experience for car shopping.

I spoke with Wilma R. about the purchasing options at L Ford, she was attentive to my request, very knowledgeable and responsive, answered all my questions, and it felt as if she already knew what I had in mind. Another Great Sale with Isidro Reyes

If you want a Ford go to S Miami, the sale guy must have...

If you want a Ford go to S Miami, the sale guy must have plenty sales, apparently, as he was rude, snobbish and didn’t let us test drive and was resistant to let us see inside a car and even told us “people don’t want their car scratched” w clarification he was eluding and predicting we might scratch it. He missed the sale for his dealership, Might want to retrain customer service.

Went in there looking for a test drive of the Ford...

Went in there looking for a test drive of the Ford Maverick, from the start the sales (though I hesitate to even consider him one) person was apprehensive about even considering me a serious as a client as the one of the first things that came out of his mouth was that he would let me test drive the car as long as he was able to "get outta here at 8pm". Immediately after hearing that I realize that man had no intention to sell me a car just "humor" me at best. He wasn't rude but he wasn't serious about the sale. When it came down to numbers he gave a BS story on how there's no way they were going to budge from MSRP and on top of the when it came to asking for the "Out the door" price on the vehicle, he came back with a whopping 5k in taxes and fees APART from the MSRP. It was clear after that, this gentleman was wasting my time and the only thing he wanted was to get rid of me ASAP. As a person who's father has been a Car salesman for over 10 yrs, I know what a GOOD salesman is, and Raheem unfortunately is not it. Maybe this dealer is good but I wouldn't return because this person was just that BAD. At the end, I went with the Santa Cruz at Potamkin Hyundai. The difference there was night and day and the incentives are SO much better plus their prices were excellent and they were willing to reach a compromise between the seller and I which was exactly what I was looking for.

Financial lack of support

Hello all.. my experience has been a very disappointing one. When I went to purchase my vehicle (in the beginning of the 2020) I was told my vehicle price was $37k+,(new 2021 ford explore) after taxes. After everything. Nothing else added to that price. I gave the $7k+ as a down payment to only finance $30k. When I proceeded to financing Mr Ariel told me that “since I have a new vehicle, I had extra additives included with the purchase, with no extra cost. When my fist statement came in, I was shocked to find out my total was $40k. That’s after giving a down payment. I have been reaching out to Ariel ever since and he stated that he will change it and never has. It’s been almost 9 months and nothing yet. Don’t know what to do. Can anyone help me out. Thanks.
