Worst car buying experience ever

This dealership is an actual joke. To sum the story up of the bs I have had to deal with. I went there 2 weeks ago and found a car I like. The sales guy was a complete xxxxxxx and as I am in the middle of filling out my paperwork to start the process for the car, he comes in and tells me sorry that car is sold to someone else and tries to put me on that persons trade in. After I fought with him about it, and from multiple other people that work there they all apologized to me and said this guy messed up bad and that they were so sorry yada yada yada complete bs. Flash forward a week of me waiting on the car when I was supposed to go in and get it, I get told the title is almost completely ripped so they have to get a new title (coming from cali) Towards the end of that last week I get told they mailed it out and it's going to be 7-10 business days. When I questioned how does this happen, like why wasn't it checked before they bought this car and again sorry we made a mistake there was a clerical error. So bs excuse after bs excuse. I call today to get an update and get told sorry it's going to take longer than we anticipated and we can refund you your 200 dollar deposit so you don't have to wait anymore. The Josiah guy doesn't give a xxxx on the phone, not apologetic at all and has the nerve to even defend this xxxx show. No one at that company does. Not once has someone from there tried to work with me and make it right. They ended it today on well you can continue waiting or find another car. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Great dealership with fantastic inventory.

Great inventory and reasonable prices. I bought a ‘13 Honda CRV EX from Ken Burns in sales. He was fantastic and very helpful. I have great confidence that I got a really good deal on my car. They won’t let you down.

our second purchase from Rahal Honda

This was our second purchase from Rahal. Although it took longer to get the truck (computer chips were backordered!), they absolutely came through! From our first time on the lot to the explanation of all the new tech in the truck, everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful.

2021 Honda CR-V

Great experience. No pressure, and the salesman (John Marsden) took extra time to explain all of the new features. I've owned Honda's for over 30 years and really appreciate their quality and reliability. Highly recommend this dealership.
