Great dealership

Did a good job with the paperwork

Was looking for a manual accord, they were one of the few dealers who had one. Their staff seems passionate about cars, an important quality to have when you are selling cars

No pressure.

Good experience. Jonathan explained everything very well. All the other employees that I spoke to there were very nice also. The main thing for me was this seems to be a no pressure dealership.

Great sales experience with no pressure sales

I bought my 2017 Pilot from Ken. He was very helpful, answered all my questions and was not pressure sales at all. I love my pilot and am glad to have been able to buy it locally.

broken axle Honda Fit

all aspects of the repair were very satisfactory. they ordered the after market part and installed it when they said they would, despite having a very busy day. Price was ok. Later they explained why the axle broke so i can understand the issue in a clear way.

Wonderful! We'll be back.

My husband and I had been having overheating problems with our 2003 Civic. Another repair shop hadn't been able to solve the problem. Reluctantly, we tried Rahal Honda of State College, hoping the dealership might know the problems with the specific make better. But we didn't expect much, and we've never trusted dealerships. We've never had service done at one that wasn't for a recall and we've never bought a car from one. This experience blew us away! While waiting for the diagnostics to be completed, my husband inquired about buying a used car, since we thought the repairs would be too expensive. The salesman let him know about two cars they had that were the model we're interested in that weren't on the lot yet, even though they were less expensive options. They found the route of the problem, and on top of that, did a relatively thorough check of our car to give us a better idea of how long it can last, without our even asking! And this was after they would've known we were looking to replace if we couldn't get it fixed. On top of that, the repair estimate came in $300 LESS than the lowest we'd expected! They fixed the problem, replaced a couple other parts while they were in there at our request, and we think we'll get at least 5-7 more years out of this car! And I haven't even touched on their great flexibility with appointment times and shuttle service, since we only have the one car. We'll be back when it's time to get our next Honda!

Do Not Trust

This dealership made up untrue facts about my trade in vehicle so that they could under value my trade. When I called them on their fabrication they had nothing to say. Do not trust this dealership.
