Really lacking integrity

Before I purchased my truck I was told they would replace the center console cover and the tonneau cover. They did neither once the truck was purchased. A week after the 45 day warranty was up the water pump went out. Three months after the truck was purchased the radio went out. Now eight months after purchasing the truck the transmission went out. There are just over 90,000 miles on the truck. I called the dealership because although you expect some issues, this is a lot. The salesman that sold me the truck no longer works here, but I was told there was nothing they could do and this is what I get for purchasing a used car by the general manager. If you are in a situation where you have to buy a used vehicle, do you want to trust these people with your investment? I wouldn't.

Mike Betts @ Jim Trenary Ford

I made my second new Ford purchase from this dealership. My first was a Ford Focus, which I traded for a Ford Escape. I was very happy with the service I received with both purchases. Mike Betts was excellent to work with in purchasing the Escape. He was pleasant, never pushy and answered all my questions regarding my trade and new purchase. I would highly recommend Mike Betts and this dealership. I have already recommended the above to a friend.

Salesman didn't deliver on promises

This salesmen made promises during the sale he didn't deliver on. I can't believe I spent a years salary on a truck that they where unwilling to put a hitch by the time I needed it.

I can't believe this guy took advantage of our family

This guy sold a 45,000 dollar truck and completly ripped us off. I would of steered clear of this guy if I had any idea of what he was like.

Ed was awesome

Ed was awesome. We got his name from a friend of ours and he took really good care of us. I had a bit of a compilicated trade and they took care of it no sweat. My finance guy was great also he explained my options but put no pressure on me.

Mike Betts is wonderful to work with!

Mike Betts was never pushy and he was always available. He always greeted me with a bottle of water and a smile. When we were talking dollars and deals he sold me straight and didn't sugar coat if I asked for too much. I found him to be honest and realistic. I planned to put more down at purchase and he even told me why he wouldn't do that. I got a great deal at Jim Trenary Ford and I will definitely return when I need another vehicle. If you're in the market call and ask for Mike. I give him high marks in everything and I would definitely recommend him for a vehicle purchase!

Exceptional Salesperson

Trading in my Camaro was a tough thing for me to do, but after having major back surgery I knew deep down that I was going to have to do it. I met Dave Doerhoff prior to my back surgery, which is why I was thinking of trading my car.. I discussed with him about a possible trade for one of his vehicles, but informed him of the problem I had letting go of my Camaro. To make this short, he was as compassionate then, as he was when I finally made the trade later. (after my surgery) All I can say, he was on top of everything! But one of the things that really proved to me that Dave was not only a "People Person" but a true Professional, I had a few loose ends dangling after the sale. He not only cut those strings, but communicated to me all the way through, until it was resolved! Buy again from Dave & Trenary Ford? YOU BET I WOULD. and also tell my friends and relatives!

Overall good experience.

We drove a hour and a half to this dealership. I was pleased that the vehicle looked in person as good as the pictures represented. Salesman Mike B was very friendly and helpful. I did think the paper work preparation was kind of slow. Dealership looked clean and positive.

Great people!

Dave Doerhoff was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to meet our needs. He goes the extra mile that you won't find at another dealership. Highly recommended!!
