I purchased a car here 9 months ago. They only gave me one key. They said they would send me another one. I have contacted them many times about it. Not impressed.

Needed my windshield replaced--Called on Monday, windshield was in on Tuesday and replaced by Wednesday afternoon. Can't ask for better service than that!!

Because of those departments, we chose to trade up for a newer used car with Total Motors as our family grew from 3 to 4 kids and my truck was no longer large enough to deliver all of our family where we needed to go. The Sales personal and Finance personal are very professional and patient. I did not feel pressured into buying from Total after driving 5 different vehicles and dozens of questions.
