THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Honestly doesn’t even deserve one star. They fool you by the price and sell you for a higher amount than the listing price. No one knows what they are doing. I was there for 5 hours and left with nothing. They had me sign away with papers telling me about the price we negotiated on and then the papers showed a different price which was higher than the price online. They claim their system doesn’t work that’s why the prices are different. This was the worst car experience ever!!!!!!! I wouldn’t even waste your time on these idiots

Super Simple Process

The process was very easy and straight forward! Super impressed with the customer service. Ken Walsch was a great sales consultant and he even helped me find a better insurance quote! I’m very happy with my purchase.

Wonderful Experience!

Yeimi Gomez was wonderful! She was very helpful and answered all of my questions about the Nissan Rogue I was interested in. She was very helpful in getting me the best deal! I would definitely recommend her, as well as, the Napleton St. Louis Nissan dealership. The place was very clean with a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and willing to work with their customers. They offered free coffee, hot chocolate, and water too! I had the best experience purchasing my first car!
