Great place to shop

They have a good selection of vehicles and Oba is fantastic to deal with. He kept in contact and was very pleasant and professional. This is our second car from this Kia dealership.

Good Dealership. Good people.

I came into the dealership in dire need of a new car. The sales staff was courteous and understanding of my needs, especially Troy. He got me into a car that not only fit my style and needs, but my budget as well. I may have lost my job if it weren't for Troy and the others at Larry Stovesand Kia.

Great Experience

Troy and Red made it easy to get a great car at a great value. Not usually in the market for a new car, but they made this one too good to pass up. Answered all my questions. No pressure. I would definitely recommend Larry Stovesand Kia to anyone in the market for a quality vehicle at a fair price.

Love my vehicle

Ask for Oba!! Great place, very accommodating and friendly. Not your traditional salesman. Helpful and friendly not high pressured. Very satisfied. Oba went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Won’t refund. Car title car won’t pass inspection.

Bought a car from them. There months later won’t pass inspection. The dealer won’t refund me. This folks don’t care. Their reviews are horrible for a reason. Stay away from these folks

Avoid this place they have problems with women

Do not buy from those chauvinist pigs. Rude from the get go. watched as they humiliated a young woman by physically cornering her to buy a Kia and pay $500+ a month for 72 months. xxx does that? She had to beg to get her license plates back from the car she planned to trade. The called her names and were just plan xxxxxxxx to her. it's 2018 why do car dealerships still have a problem with women buying cars? Small xxxxx? Probably. I know That was Seth Silgers issue when it was Ward Kia, and they were xxxxx too. shameful how they treat customers! Hope they go out of business soon! Avoid these xxxxxxx guys at all costs1

Horrible Dealership

Avoid this dealership. We bought a vehicle from them about two months ago. I should add that the vehicle has been in their shop for about a month of that time. Troy, the salesman, sold us on a KIA Optima. Had a cracked front bumper that he tried to avoid talking about, but said we could finance the repair. It drove fine and had almost 16000 miles on it, but the TPMS low tire pressure light was on. He said that one of the tires was low, and that filling it up would remove the warning light. He said he would have it filled before we left. We stopped at a gas station and noticed that he had not had the tire filled. We filled the tire to 36 psi, but the warning never went off. After contacting them and going back and forth to the dealership about 10 times with the various "fixes" they said they did, the warning light still comes on. They have told us a number of things: it was a faulty sensor, that there was an open ticket on this vehicle for faulty TPMS that we weren't told about, and that it was because of aftermarket rims that we weren't told about before we bought it. We received a call today saying that the car was ready and that the sensors were reprogrammed, but they said this may be only a "temporary fix". This is all under the "KIA warranty". This place is crazy! If you like the hassle of having to get your car repaired over and over again within a month of driving off of the lot, being told 3 different things in a day by 3 different people, referred to departments only to be put on hold for 10 minutes, one department not knowing what the other is doing, being nickled and dimed for financing, and being sold a car with a faulty Federally mandated safety feature, then this is your place. If not, please look elsewhere. If I knew what I know now, I wouldn't do business with them.
