This dealership is exceptional in its customer service.

This dealership is exceptional in its customer service. Joe from sales and Joe from finance went above and beyond to ensure this was the best possible car buying experience. They were kind, courteous, welcoming and professional. I will definitely be a return customer and pass on the positive experience to friends and family.

The experience is hit or miss.

The experience is hit or miss. On this visit it was mostly positive until it came to cover my wheel that was bent from hitting a pothole. Despite the fact it was bent pretty bad, because it still holds air, it’s not covered by the wheel insurance the dealer sold me. Feels like a scam and just not good business.

Great experience

My salesman nick was great! Always responsive, very friendly, not pushy and patient. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back. Been buying my cars from same dealer for 20 years and this was first time using someone else. He made it easy to transition.

I waited for my car to be inspected and I found the staff to be cordial, the facility clean and comfortable. Also there was coffee and snack available and was a plus

A seamless car buying experience

Nick Arnott was excellent. He was helpful, professional and responded to all of my inquiries in a timely fashion. I inquired about a specific vehicle over email on Wednesday evening. He called me Thursday morning to introduce himself and discuss the particular vehicle I wanted (which unfortunately did not happen to be on the lot). Within a few hours, he located the color and trim combination I wanted and was able to secure it from another dealership. He gave me a fair price for my trade-in and a competitive offer for the car and two days later I met with Nick to drive home my new Infiniti. The entire staff was friendly and courteous and was very helpful. I would highly recommend Nick and his staff to anybody looking to buy a car!

Repair

Repair process was a decent time. Overall good besides the tech revving my car for no reason after parking, joy riding a colleague to another vehicle, talking crap about my vehicle, i think next time ill choose another infiniti dealer
