This dealer cuts corners and knowingly deceives its customers. I purchased a used Mercedes Sprinter 2500 from Clayton Griggs. I did not see the vehicle in person until the time of pick-up as I am based out of town. Upon arriving the vehicle was not in the condition that was stated online or with Clayton on the phone/text/emails. Another issue was that I specifically declared our need for two keys and when I arrived we were given three sets and nothing was said about the keys. I returned home to find that only one of the keys was programmed to the vehicle. I took it to a local dealer here and the keys provided were unable to be programmed to the vehicle and would require a new ignition to get new keys. I attempted to get someone on the phone for several weeks only to be ignored. I finally heard from Omar Robles who was rude and unapologetic. Finally after threatening lawsuits they finally mail a check, but not without lying about previously sending it multiple times. Another issue that I have run into is that they lied about the history of the vehicle and having replaced the sliding door. Incredibly unfortunate situation and I would caution anyone working with these individuals and this dealer and its parent company.

Brought in my 2017 Mercedes Benz C300 AMG line to Mercedes Benz of Gilbert for a CPO work. I had to make an early 7am appointment on weekday since they do not offer a loaner vehicle on weekend appointments on CPO work. I had to get up extra early before my work shift to make this work. They told me I have to spend $250 to initiate the diagnose to even look at the issue I am having with my C Class... Mercedes Benz of Chandler did not have such fee for evaluating prior issues I had on CPO work request and they had no problem providing me with a loaner car on weekends... What makes me mad even more is that my car was purchased at MB of Gilbert as a CPO vehicle... I will never use this dealership and only go to MB of Chandler. No wonder this place has a horrible ratings...

Worst experience by the service department, John Hastings
Worst experience by the service department, John Hastings has no experience and didn't recieve any training on how to treat clients and communicate with them, I left my car for voice assistant problem, they claimed the car need software update, after leaving the car for for a day and half, I received the car back with the same problem. Texted John sharing my frustration with no response. Unprofessional ethics .

Recently purchased a used 2022 Tesla model Y from them.
Recently purchased a used 2022 Tesla model Y from them. The vehicle had rear end accident that both panels as well as the read bumper were damaged. The carfax was clean. The dealership never disclosed this to us, and we found out because we ordered a 3rd party inspection since we bought it from out of state. when we asked if the vehicle was fine. they kept saying that there was no accident at all. When the purchase was complete and after we paid for transportation company to bring the car to us, the 3rd party inspection report was disclosed to us after a delay so the car get to us first. This was after we pushed them to send us the report. They are in business of buying and selling cars but the sales manager Omar intentionally denied knowing anything about the accident. We are now left with a car that has a moderate to severe rear end accident while we paid full price of a an accident free vehicle. They offered compensation but they made us sign a paper that we don’t sue them later. They kept the check to make sure the document is signed. We had no choice but to accept it since the vehicle was already transported to our state and it would have been a huge financial loss. Be careful with them especially the sales managers.

Hi Josh/Kevin the Carfax was and is still clean. We did not know about any accidents with the vehicle given that it only has 6K miles on it and Carfax stated that it had no accidents. Nothing was intentionally denied. The TrueFrame company that did the inspection didn't indicate that there was an accident, simply that the rear panel and bumper were refinished, which could mean a number of things from a minor accident to the previous owner scratching the vehicle and having it refinished. TrueFrame gave the vehicle a Certificate of Integrity and a score of 95. We also offered to refund you ALL of the money you paid and have the vehicle brought back. You dictated what amount you wanted for the depreciation for the vehicle and we cut you a check. Our sales managers worked with you to make you feel confident in your decision and went above and beyond with your purchase.
We were waiting on the report just as you were. We didn't intentionally hide anything as we offered to cancel the deal, refund all of your funds and bring the vehicle back to us. We also cut you a check. None of that would've happened if we were trying to hide anything. This is also why we have the inspection done, you sign off on all documents regarding the condition of the vehicle and accept its condition. You received compensation for the cosmetic repairs done to the vehicle that are not listed on the Carfax. Again, TrueFrame gave your vehicle the Certificate of Integrity and also rated the vehicle as a 95 and never indicated that there was an actual accident to the vehicle.
A scratch to fully repair and repaint a 2022 car and not only the rear bumper but both rear panels as well. What a joke. Your buyer knew it was a previous accident otherwise they wouldn’t have held the report until the vehicle gets delivered. We requested the report on multiple occasions from the salesperson and management.
