I purchased a new Mercedes Sl 55 from Mercedes Benz of Gilbert and sales associate Arnold Lim. I bought the car from out of state and sight unseen. They made me an unbelievable deal on a beautiful car. Within 4 days of making the deal and 1400 miles away, the new car was sitting in my driveway exactly as described. This has been the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. I will use them again on my next car purchase. Robert Clark

This review is a re-rating of the dealership based on lack of response to concerns over timely registration of the vehicle. Short story is I purchased the car on 8/23, no issues with the staff, quick process, all good. Three weeks later I'm wondering where the registration is as no record at AZ MVD. I call the Finance person I worked with and left messages requesting the status of the paperwork to MVD; no response to date (9/17). I texted the salesperson I worked with who said don't worry about it, they'll give me another temp tag but he would check on it when he returned to the office on Friday. Friday came and went, texted him Saturday, he responds "they said it getting processed by DMV". In Arizona it's MVD but easy to confuse. I asked when they submitted the title and registration, he says he'll find out Monday. I said don't bother. It's not a difficult question, should have been easily solved with a phone call. However after getting no answer or a run around, it's hard to believe anything they have to say. Definitely disappointing, definitely would not do business with MB of Gilbert again and definitely wouldn't recommend them.

Would rate in the negative digits if it were an option. Definitely a dealership not to be trusted . Brought my GLE 53 in for yet another Turbo Decal and left with a vehicle full of swirls and fine scratches to the paint. Service advisor even admitted to not being happy with how my car was returned . Now I have to take a chance to let their detail shop correct the mess they created . This is unacceptable, as it forces me to take time away from my busy schedule to address incompetence! This dealership cares about one thing and one thing only Volume sales . While it is a place of business intended to make profit , they make it clear they could care less about the customer after the sale . Mikes excuse is “ we don’t build them”. Arnold leaves customers sitting for hours at a time , without any sort of offering to assist or provide help from other sales reps .. Waiting for the weak excuse to follow .

Just Leased a GLC from Mercedes of Gilbert, and again like my other previous interactions with this dealership; in my opinion, they are by far the best in inventory and customer service. They sold the car before my scheduled appointment to view

They sold the car before my scheduled appointment to view it. Was told that it wasn’t ready to view due to reconditioning of the car and then sold It the day before my appointment. Why wasn’t I able to view it but they were able to sell it?

The worst experience I had after coming to the US was at

The worst experience I had after coming to the US was at Mercedes-Benz-Gilbert. They sell dirty and problmatic vehicles and their claims of providing follow-up actions are all lies. After selling a vehicle, responsibility for follow-up is passed on to someone else

Great dealership experience.

Great dealership experience. Dan Berkowitz in sales was a pleasure to work with and put me into a GLC that I am very pleased with. No pressure tactics and willing to answer all my endless questions. I highly recommend him as your go-to sales person. Let me also shout out to Erin in the service department for recent past help with getting my older SL550 in and out of repairs. She is a pleasant person to work with and went the extra mile to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Finally the young man at the service check-in, ( I wish I had remembered to get his name) Fixed my service problem within minutes of me driving up. Very helpful in maneuvering me through the complexities of that software display. Great people here.

In August 2024 I purchased a new Mercedes CLA 250 from Arnie Lim and it was absolutely the BEST car buying experience that I have ever had. I have purchased more than 20 vehicles personally and through my businesses and Arnie is one of a kind. He is knowledgeable, honest, patient, and really understands the Mercedes line up of cars. We were in and out with a new car in under 2 and a half hours, and that included the test drive! Well Done!!

In the last 30 years I’ve purchased over 15 cars from dealerships in the valley. This was one of the worst sales experiences in recent years. Bait and switch techniques were used at least once with regard to the pricing. The salesman also spoke unprofessionally and in a condescending manner throughout the process. He made sure to make it seem as if he was doing me favors just talking to me. The vehicle was marked up about 9% over what several different online tools and other recent similar vehicles had sold for. When I suggested they come down even 2.5% they begrudgingly came done about 1.5% and then wouldn’t budge. The salesman and manager let me leave the dealership and the salesman later told me my research was meaningless. They tried contacting me for a couple of days but never would reduce the price. Then, less than 1 week later, looking online I saw they had marked the car down about 3.2%. A little more than 2 weeks later the car was marked down about 8%. I easily found another dealership that had a similar vehicle and that dealership had the vehicle priced appropriately and the staff handled themselves professionally. In the future, I will look elsewhere when considering purchasing a Mercedes or any car from this dealership’s lot.
