McGovern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Loan is amazing! I was told by Central Chrysler in Norwood that an issue to my fuel tank caused by a rodent would cost me $2200 to have it replaced. When I called McGovern to check on pricing and spoke with Loan, I explained the situation and she immediately asked me why I wasn’t putting a claim in using my comprehensive coverage with my car insurance because this was an environmental issue not a breakdown of the equipment. She turned a $2200 repair into a $300 one. Central just expected me to deal with the cost and suck it up. Also, She was able to get a bunch of items that needed repair covered under my extended warranty when the warranty company was giving her pushback. She really looks out for her customers and treats them unlike any other repair shop I have ever dealt with. She was not thinking of how she can make the most money for the dealership. What she did was form a trusting relationship with a customer that will yield much more business down the road, because I will def start bringing my 2 Chrysler vehicles to them for future repairs instead of bringing it to Central which is less than a mile from my home. When I need a new car I will def head there first and stay clear of Central.

Loan is a fantastic service rep! Super helpful and is able to answer any questions you might have. Service is completed in a timely manner.
