Brought my truck in for a rear end repair. The Scott from the service team was absolutely amazing. I was updated on progress at least twice a day. Couldn’t ask for a better service center. 100% recommended

I came for a transmission issue and the technician took the time to explain to me the process in details and the rational (first the software check and then possibly a hardware replacement). He was right: the software update took care of the issue. The icing on the cake is that McGovern took care of my back and forth Uber rides so my total expense was zero and my waste of time was minimized.
