Rafael is a cool and very professional guy in Audi Calabasas. You should look for him for any of your Audi cars concern. At first I’m worried about my alternator when my 18mos old Q8 battery was failing for 1 week…He found out that it was only the battery and change it to a new one because it’s still under warranty. Great job!

Rafael was very helpful in trying to resolve my issue with the Audi warranty company. He offered me several options that warranty company wouldn't cover and ended up getting my parking sensor fixed, then went 1 step beyond to help me when my warranty company refused. This is the type of person every dealership should have, a true advocate for the customer. Thanks Rafael!!!!

Gas leak!!!
Called the Service line in a panic after gas was dripping from my undercarriage. Spoke to Michael, he advised to bring my car in right away. Not only did they quickly assess the problem, they were able to fix it and have my car back to me in the same day! This was an absolutely amazing experience. We are truly appreciative of Michael and his teams efforts!
