We did not purchase our car from this dealership. We brought the car to Audi of Calabasas for service for the first time last week. The service person who first met with us, Michael, was friendly and knowledgeable. We returned for our appointment and he was on time and prompt. He contacted us when the problem was diagnosed and gave an honest expectation of when it would be ready. Michael continued to give us updates. Should we need to return for service it’s very much because of his personal touch.

We called due to a company recall and were told it would take 4 hours. So we took our 2023 Audi Q4 on 6/5/23 to Audi Calabasas at 8:30am and were informed it would be ready by 12:00pm. So I went at 1:30pm to pick it up, but had to wait and walk around until 4:00pm until the service was completed. We were not provided with a loaner car. Mr. Rafael Flores, the Service Consultant was very helpful and professional. He even suggested he could drive me home and bring me back so that I wouldn't have to wait there for a few hours.

I Bought a used Audi etron with low miles and with an accident dealer is covering up. Not on carfax. I’ve had the car for 1 month and it’s been in their shop 3 times and counting. Fraud and liars. Don’t buy. Go next door to Mercedes or bmw. Or have a third party look at it. And don’t expect to talk to the general manager. Forget about it.
