Drove all the way up from Tennessee for a bmw I couldn’t find at a better price within 10 hour drive. It was perfect and the financing couldn’t have gone smoother. Appreciate the warranty and gap coverage.

Keep looking, this one is also dishonest
For those who aren't going in to a dealership with $100k but are curious about the level of crap you go through, here is a "regular guy's" opinion. I owned my vehicle out right, looking for a vehicle with less miles on it. I absolutely hate going to dealerships, but sometimes it is necessary. This dealership did not pull out any of the stops of a stereotypical used car lot. They even went as far as to have a "customer" call about the exact vehicle I was looking to buy. Wow, I guess I should hurry up and make a bad decision to pay whatever they wanted me to pay and quick! The first vehicle wouldn't even start unless you jammed the gas pedal down while starting. Then he brings a car out, tells me it's "in my price point" when it was actually 30% above my highest price point. I continue to play the stupid game b/c the van wasn't a terrible price. But it's at this point that I'm told they won't quote my existing van unless I run my credit. In what universe would you need to run credit for someone to buy YOUR car?? I don't go on Ebay and list my car then run my credit when I find a buyer. It was obvious that they wanted to take me for every penny they could. But giving me less in one spot or less in another spot. They were going to work their system and paperwork to their best benefit. Little to no concern for the customer or what they are actually wanting. Constant "let me go see what I can do". I only gave 2 stars b/c the van was actually a decent price. Well, up front at least. I'm pretty sure that they would have up charged me with fees and other areas to make more on the vehicle though. Very shady. Is there any honest, transparent used car lots out there anymore? Needless to say, I told them they were shady and walked out.

I understand your frustration and apologize for the stress with this issue. As a wholesaler we pride ourselves on our "No Haggle" sales approach. All vehicles are priced to sell 'As is" with no haggle pricing, which is why we do offer warranties and other availible coverage on all of our vehicles when being purchased. We do have customers constantly calling in on vehicles, people are more interested with todays technology in calling and emailing interest prior to coming in. An example that happens almost weekly;a customer is phycially here looking over a vehicle and preparing to test drive it. We have another customer call in and put a deposit on that vehicle. It is unfortunate for the customer physically here and we must apologize and try to offer them another vehicle as the one they were physically looking at is at that time no longer availible once a deposit to hold it is made. As a whole saler we sell hundreds of vehicles monthly, the only way a person can guarentee a vehicle they're interested in will not be sold is by placing a non refundable deposit. I apologize if you feel this was some sort of ploy, but this does truly happen quite often. We do not quote trade in value of any vehicle if a customer is financing one of ours until we are building the finance agreement with approval. Sometimes people come in and just want us to give them an offer on their trade in so that they can take that offer to another dealership or person. We do not do this. Or a customer is not approved for financing. This would waste our techs time to do a UCI on the customers vehicle when they cannot purchase ours. It wastes our time as a business and the customers time. If a person is serious about purchasing a vehicle that they are interested in, we will gather all of their information to submit to our lenders for approvals. Once we have approval we can then proceed with a UCI on their trade in and offer up a total cost of financing to the customer with their trade in. Should the customer not accept the trade in offer or the financed lender offer they are more than welcome to do so. If a customer should want a cash deal, meaning no financing whatsoever, this would be different. We would do a UCI on their trade in and then subtract that from the final cash cost of the vehicle plus any applicable taxes. You stated you would be financing which is why that was the route selected. If you'd like to call and speak with the manager Aaron to discuss this issue further you're more than welcome during our business hours.
