Tom helped me find the perfect car for me and my family! Went above and beyond to give me call with all the questions I had. Coming in I saw how busy this place really is and can see how someone can get sidetracked. Glad I called in anytime I had a question or concern.

About a month ago I contacted iAuto about a Kia K900 they had for sale. I asked the salesman, Tom, for a few pictures of any imperfections, if any, on the vehicle since I wanted to drive all the way from Defiance to buy the K900. When I asked for pictures, his response was, "There are 50 pictures online." to which I let him know I saw them. I was simply asking him to give it a once over for me, and let me know if there is anything I needed to know before driving so far. I understand it is a used vehicle, and it will have some things wrong with it. Tom never reached out to me after the initial contact. Very disappointed. I even had a capital one preapproval. Everything was set up.

I understand your frustration and apologize for the stress with this issue. I have spoken with the salesman Tom reguarding this issue. It seems after listening to the recorded phone call that occured between yourself and the salesman I have clarification. Tom did restate that there were 50 photos of the vehicle online and then asked you what photos you would like speciffically. You then stated you just wanted him to give it a once over to tell you if there was anything he noticed. He then told you he has looked the vehicle over and has not seen anything that caught his attention. You then requested again that he send you more photos of the vehicle. To which he again responded what photos would you like of the vehicle. You would not give him any inclination of what photos you wanted speciffically of the vehicle and with 50 photos of this vehicle already online he did not know what you wanted. He even offered to take a video walkaround of the vehicle but that was not what you wanted. He did try to reach out again via phone the next day to no answer or response. Puzzling Behavior
I saw a BMW 650i and called the responsible salesman (I am out of state). Made a deal over the phone for $23,995 plus shipping charges (they got a quote for shipping), and asked them to prepare papers and I'd put down a deposit. They never prepared the papers and didn't return 5 calls I made seeking to conclude a deal. I then saw on the website they increased the price to $25,995. At least he could have returned the call to tell me. Found an equivalent car for about the same price from a dealer that was a breeze to deal with.

I understand your frustration and apologize for the stress with this issue. It seems that vehicle was listed incorrectly and was corrected, that would be the reason for the price change. I do apologize that you did not recieve a call back with any update on that vehicle as it does seem someone came in and was actually in the process of in person purchaing the vehicle. The sales person that you worked with is no longer an employee of our dealership for issues alike this. Worst car buying experience I've ever had
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! Where do I start: sold us a car that 6 days later the check engine light came on with a bad turbocharger ($2,500 expense), the finance guy told us we had to buy the $2,300 extended warranty because bank required it (confirmed with bank it wasn't true), didn't provide a copy of the warranty contract (doesn't cover wear and tear, car has 121,000 miles on it, everything is wear and tear), told us we could cancel the warranty 6 months down the road (not true, can only cancel within 30 days, after that, car has to be totaled or repossessed to cancel), had to drive 30 minutes to fill out the warranty cancelation form, finance guy still didn't sign and send in until I had to call multiple times. Then, they refunded only $1,805 out of the $2,300 without any legal justification.

SHADY BUSINESS AND NO SERVICE!
This place has literally THE WORST customer service. I requested photos of a Ferrari on the website (listing had no pictures at the time) and NEVER HEARD BACK. Well, a year later photos were put up but still no response. Car hasn’t sold yet either, but even after visiting in person TWICE, the place seemed abandoned and no one was visible to help me. I couldn’t even tell if it was a real dealership because it still has all the old John Nolan Ford signage. A couple guys were out back smoking something but they went inside before I could ask them for help. I called and the guy was VERY RUDE and acted like I couldn’t afford the car. Little did he know, I had my checkbook ready to put ink down. I doubt this place will survive, considering the word around town is these guys are shady and notorious for ripping people off with salvage titled and damaged or broken down cars.

Poor Dealership Lot Patrol and Management
Poor Management of lot awareness. Me and my Family got locked in their lot after driving thru the open gate to look at cars on huge lot. We drove around and upon leaving found that we were locked in. This huge gate had a chain and huge lock. We were locked in....I saw no way out. I had to call 911. The Sheriff found a narrow opening to get out and he had to stop traffic so that we could safely exit the opening which was not designed as an exit, but we had no choice. Even the Officer said that they should check the lot to make sure potential customers are not there. I called back to dealership the next day to report what happened and the response was "we close at 6:00 pm". I did not know what time they closed all I new it was open when I arrived. I told them they need to check the lot before they lock their huge gate and the person hung up on me.only to leave a call back message about if I buy a car I would get a T-shirt and $100 off for the inconvenience-WHAT?? I wouldn't buy a bicycle at this place. No potential customer ever should get locked in any establishment when trying to potentially purchase their product.

I understand your frustration and apologize for the stress with this issue. We have clearly marked signage on the gate as well as the doors of our dealership stating our hours of operation. Along with any google search would pull the hours as well. We block our service drive with trucks along with any possible entrance with vehicles as we have criminal tresspassing. We have cameras throughout the entire lots and dealership that notify of movement within the lot. Our gates are closed when our last customer leaves for the day and the lot walk has been completed and locked when the last mechanic leaves for the day. After reviewing the video footage for every Friday and Saturday after 5:30 PM we have not seen any footage of this incendent. Managment
Was told as a curtesy they would repair my car without charge if I had it towed an hour away from where it was to them because on the second day I had they car the check engine light came on for a misfire in cylinder 3 and there was a broken spark plug , now 3 weeks later they are holding my car until I pay the bill. I talked to Kyle who was getting directions from the manager Christian who gave the okay to tell me I wouldn't be charged for the repair. Now he is telling me he never said anything like that and is not covering the towing either. Why would I have my car towed 1 hour away from my local shop to be charged the same price as my local shop plus a $250 towing bill. Do Not Do Business With.

Smooth Sales
Saw a scion online and called to make an appointment to come see it. Guy on the phone was super nice and pleasant to talk to. Drove about 2 hours down from yellow springs to look at the car. Chance was our scheduled salesman and he was nice to talk to as well! Showed us the car I wanted and set us up with a test drive. My husband wanted a little more trunk space so we ended up switching over to a larger suv. Price point was a little more expensive but still under anything nearby of the same condition. Went through finance after having a the dealership look over the vehicle to make sure there werent any underlying conditions. They got us a nice payment and even got the warranty we were wanting.
