Awesome experience!

My experience with Woodhouse Hyundai of Omaha was awesome. Shane worked with me on a crazy time table from my end and after going through a big event (Hurricane Harvey). He made sure I was taken care of from the moment I entered the dealership to after I left. He's made sure to follow up and see how everything is going for me post-trip home and with my car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Internet Purchase of new 2017 Tucson SE Plus

I live in the Des Moines area. I did my test drive at Stew Hansen Hyundai and my experience with the salesman there (Brian) was outstanding. I checked with Hyundai dealerships within 5 hours of Des Moines that were highly rated by customers. Woodhouse's website is very straight forward and they give you their internet price on some of their vehicles which I found to be a plus. I would have purchased from Stew Hansen based on my experience with the salesman there but they were unable to compete with the price Woodhouse gave me for the same vehicle. In fact, no other dealership could come close to beating their price. My salesman at Woodhouse was Jacob Seymour. He was very attentive to my questions and concerns and his follow up was excellent. In all of our interactions we only had one misunderstanding and that had to do with the final price. Their document fee had been inadvertently left out of the final price. After discussing it, since it was their mistake, they kept their word on the final price they gave me. Credit goes to Jacob's manager for doing that. Woodhouse delivered the Tucson to my house and everything was the way Jacob said it would be. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. The only thing that was disappointing to me was the the men who delivered the vehicle were unable to explain the features of the Tucson. However, Jacob had already explained that would be the case so if you purchase from them and have the vehicle delivered just be aware of that. A positive about that is I am now reading the manual and really learning in detail about all the features of the vehicle. I have never been to Woodhouse Hyundai so I can't speak to anything about the physical dealership or about any other sales people. I have never met Jacob in person. All my interactions were on the phone or through email. I have never had a vehicle serviced at Woodhouse so I can't speak about their service department. I will have my Tucson serviced at Stew Hansen in Des Moines as I am familiar with their service department and have been pleased with their work. Overall, my experience with Woodhouse was excellent. If you choose to contact them I hope you have the same experience I did.

Excellent experience

I would go back in a heart beat the car is exactly what we wanted and we would go back without a doubt. The entire process was straight and to the point.

Best experience I've ever had in a car dealership!

from the moment I walked in the door, I was treated very well. I was able to choose a car, test drive and finance within a couple hours. I got the exact car I wanted - color, upgrades, etc. for the price I wanted. It was a great car leasing experience. The financial person was also very informative and friendly. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Hyundai!

Awesome

We have been very happy with Woodhouse since they took over the Hyundai Dealership from Baxter. We went in for service on our 2015 Sonata and came home with a new 2017 Tuscon. Phil Hill worked with us at Baxter when we got our Sonata and remembered us by name. We recognized him and were very excited to see a familiar face.

Purchase of a Genesis car for my wife
