Alfonso and Christian were very helpful and friendly after Shaun who I had previously worked with was busy. While waiting for the Finance to finish My wife and I had good conversation with both. I was also Christians first day on the job. I hope to be able to deal with either of them again. I had also previously purchased two vehicles from Rick Williams in Blair.

For the past month in a half I have spent my entire free time car shopping at just about every dealership in town and sat in every small and mid-size SUV there is. After all this, I can honestly say that the experience at Woodhouse Hyundai of Omaha was my absolute favorite. Sean Mitchell was my Salesman and he was fantastic to work with. I told him what I was looking for in an SUV and with the help of his manager and general manager, Don Vitito, they were able to find me my perfect car with everything I was looking for and more, all within my budget. I work three jobs which only allowed 1-3 days a week to car shop for that month in a half. Due to my limited free time Sean was even willing to stay late and come in on his off days to assist me. He was not pushy and allowed me the time in between visits to shop around without texting and calling non-stop. I bought the Santa Fe Sport Ultimate and love it so far! The entire staff was very friendly and professional when dealing with me and my wife. We found some errors in advertisement in the beginning but the sales personnel and general manager worked out a solution immediately to our satisfaction. Mr. Phil Hill, our sales person, was very courteous and professional throughout the process and we have nothing but many kudos to his excellent salesmanship. This was night and day difference to another Hyundai dealership that we visited prior to Woodhouse Hyundai. Also, Mr. John, I don't remember his last name but he is the loan officer, was very thorough in going through the loan paperwork and gave us a couple of useful advice. I'm very satisfied with my buying experience with Woodhouse Hyundai and I'd definitely recommend my friends to go there.
