I'm satisfied with my recent purchase, yes some items for my vehicle were missing and why would I make the expense of buying when these items if they were included in the purchase.

10 week process

See above review. for more details, but I was very unhappy with decisions about an acceptable car and the delay of finally getting me an acceptable car that I am paying for. Part of the problem may have been at a higher level, but they could have shortened that by offering me a new car once the controversy of who was responsible for the defective painting of the car. I have been buying cars for 60 years and this was clearly the worst experience I have had in that time. Dr. Mark Beischel

First time Hyundai

Very comfortable environment as a first time customer. All the sales consultants were very friendly and helpful! As always, the level above the consultants is always challenging.

Exceptional Experience

Phil Hill is the saleman I had the honor of meeting and was more than willing to be helpful and knowledgeable of the features from the smallest to the even more important ones. Though he was professional, he was also courteous and patient. He was relatable, yet competent. I am completely convinced that if it was not for him I/we would not have purchased our vehicle. I/we were very impressed with Phil as my salesman. He was a significant part of our deciding to purchase the Santa Fe from Woodhouse. He also followed up to make sure the small dent on the truck was fixed promptly and was willing to work with my schedule. I am comfortable in referring family and friends to Woodhouse Hyundai to work with Phil. A very happy customer! Kay

I love my car

Woodhouse worked with me, and took the time to understand what I was looking for and my budget. They were friendly, personable, and professional. I always dread going into car dealerships, because I feel like the salesman are going to pressure me into buying a car I'm not 100% sold on, but at Woodhouse that didn't happen.

Taken Care Of

Had a very good experience . . . was given a fair price right up front. No one was wasting my time playing games or jerking me around . . .unlike Edwards. We were taken very good care of.
