I'm satisfied with my recent purchase, yes some items for my vehicle were missing and why would I make the expense of buying when these items if they were included in the purchase.

See above review. for more details, but I was very unhappy with decisions about an acceptable car and the delay of finally getting me an acceptable car that I am paying for. Part of the problem may have been at a higher level, but they could have shortened that by offering me a new car once the controversy of who was responsible for the defective painting of the car. Though he was professional, he was also courteous and patient. He was relatable, yet competent. I am completely convinced that if it was not for him I/we would not have purchased our vehicle. Woodhouse worked with me, and took the time to understand what I was looking for and my budget. They were friendly, personable, and professional. I always dread going into car dealerships, because I feel like the salesman are going to pressure me into buying a car I'm not 100% sold on, but at Woodhouse that didn't happen.
