Customer service is above and beyond! They keep in contact after the purchase and treat us like family. We love our new pathfinder. They have a repair shop so I don't have to worry about finding a trustworthy mechanic for future repairs. If your looking at purchasing your next vehicle I highly recommend this dealership.

We bought our 2007 Toyota Solara from Autowise in January 2024. We are VERY happy with our car and we enjoyed dealing with Autowise. It’s challenging and frankly scary trying to buy a car from far away but they did a great job of reassuring our concerns and making sure that we ended up with the car we were hoping for. Buyer beware!!! My husband is a disabled veteran and retired law enforcement and I am currently recovering from life saving surgery from mere weeks ago. My husband bought a 2013 BMW Convertible from Ashley on Sept 3 to celebrate my recovery. Autowise, Jose, replaced brakes and rotars on the car and used cheap parts which caused multiple issues. We only drove the car home when the problem occurred. They refuse to help us when it is their mechanic who did the subpar work. We purchased the premium warranty which conveniently does not cover the issues Autowise caused. We are now responsible for thousands of dollars of work when we have only had the car 1 week today. They are very dishonest, disrespectful and do not care for you. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!

We recently purchased a vehicle here, and the experience was excellent. Tracy, Ashley and the staff are all professional. We had some concerns after we purchased the vehicle, and their mechanics checked it out and reassured us that all was running as it should. Buying a used car is very scary, not knowing what you may get. Autowise is upfront with their CarFax reports, servicing of the vehicles and allowing customers to have the vehicle inspected prior to purchasing. This transaction was very transparant, and we felt like the staff really does care about their customers. I received a call back from Tracy to make sure I got home ok because I was driving in a bad rain storm. Her phone call was very much appreiated. Thank you Tracy, Ashley, Spencer, Jose, Kris and staff for all your help with our car purchase. We love the car and hope to have many years of driving pleasure.

Avoid this crook at all costs. Sold me a car 2 years ago with an expired recall that they never fixed. Never told me about it until I had a major issue the first day I took it home and limped it back to the shop. $3000 later to fix it and several other major problems soon after for another 3K. Jeb's response was that I should have purchased the aftermarket expensive warranty he tried to twist my arm to take the day I bought the car. No question he knew about the problems at the time. Sleazy and total rip-off. Never deal with this group. I would give -5 rating if I could.

Prices are right, and the staff was very friendly and know their inventory. I highly recommend them.
