Stopped in because of one of the cars they had on the lot. Really was just window shopping. Spoke with Mike and test drove the car that originally caught my eye. No pressure on me to purchase. As I was getting ready to leave, Mike was asked to take some pictures of a car that had just come in. I ended up buying that car. The dealing was fairly straightforward. I wasn't surprised to see the "Service Charge" on the invoice when I was doing the paperwork, as this is a common addition by dealerships (under one name or another). Just another way to toss a little extra profit into the deal. That didn't dissuade me as it was still a good deal. I've had the car for almost 2 weeks now and am very pleased with it. Still waiting on the DMV documentation. Not surprised though, because the car came in on a Saturday and I bought it on the following Monday.

Love my car. Still running great!! The owner is hilarious. He only sells cars that are in great shape. I'd send family and friends here.

They not only sell good cars but they have mechanics that do great work as well. The car I purchased developed a belt squeal within a week from buying it and I when I asked about the service they got me in at a convenient time and replaced the belt and tensioner at no cost. They have been upfront and honest and have great customer service. Autumn called to say it’s been a little over a year since my purchase and asked how I was liking the car and reminded me of heir great service department. Every person I have ever dealt with or talked to on the phone has been courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them.

We bought a car from AutoWise on October 6, 2022. The staff was friendly and helpful with the titling and licensing. However, when they showed us the final cost of the car it was $800 more than we expected. The extra $800 was their “service charge”. I don’t know if this is standard in Florida, but I never remember such a high charge in the cars that we have bought in other states. Another unfortunate surprise we got was the spare key/fob that they provided did not work. We tried several times to get them to provide a working spare key, but their position was they never promised two keys.

This is the second vehicle I've bought here so as usual, this was a no stress transaction. Scott did a great job with my purchase. He gave me a fair price for my old car, and I was in and out with my new car in a little over an hour.

I drove over 2 hours just purchase from autowise and my sales man Joe was super helpful and Autumn was very kind to call back and check in the vehiclei purchased. I love it! I drove all the way from Miami to come see it because It had the lowest miles and price I could find! Excellent condition, very glad I came here.

Mike and Autumn were extremely helpful. My husband and I had an excellent buying experience. Dealership had a good selection of beautiful convertibles. Highly recommend!
