Excellent dealership! Tracy (sales) was fantastic and the experience was very positive overall! I love the RAV 4 we purchased at Autowise and would definitely recommend anyone use them when searching for the right vehicle. They service and inspect vehicles using their in-house mechanics prior to selling them - which made me more comfortable with the purchase. No high pressure tactics, and listened to what we wanted in a car. Great experience!

I recently found myself having to buy a used car. After a lot of research I made a visit to AutoWise of Melbourne, they had several SUVs that had my interest. When I arrived, I was met by two very personable people: Jeb and Tracy. I told Tracy what I was looking for: milage < 90,000, price < $15,000.00 and an SUV/crossover. Tracy had several cars that fit my description. She knew what I wanted and showed me one that I ended up buying, the first one to be exact. The last time I bought a vehicle was in 2006 so I wasn't sure what to expect with the whole process. Tracy kept me informed of everything that was going on, from loan application to insurance to DMV the whole process. I would highly recommend AutoWise and Tracy if you're in the market for a quality used car.

Dealer is refusing to provide me with a letter showing proof of non possession of vehicle. So, I have car insurance on a car I did not end up buying. This letter is required to cancel the policy in the state of Florida.
