Expensive but potentially worth it
I can't really say anything bad about Napleton. I brought my vehicle in for repairs and it was a lengthier process than usual but they were able to install the part under warranty. My check engine light has been on ever since and they say it typically nothing to worry about so when I have the time I will bring it back into them. The customer service is top notch especially with Tim. Micah is a good shop manager as well. They will reach out to you to keep you completely informed of all updates. Now my only issue is price. This is a dealership so it isn't too unusual for me to pay hefty prices when taking that into consideration. They have a strict protocol they must follow and I'm sure in their eyes this means just doing a good job the right way. To get more precise a FOB issues involved replacing wiring and going about this the most expensive way possible when after the fact the shop basically admitted a brand new FOB would have been the easiest solution (and the cheapest). Hindsight is 20/20 and I guess I have brand new wiring for my car. I try to look at the positives. I will give these guys a last chance and will update my review from there . All in all I honestly don't think this is a bad shop especially for the Columbus area. I would recommend looking for second opinions if price is an issue but if you have warranty you can certainly count on these guys.
Beware!! Shady business!!
Beware!!! They will charge you more than the advertised price and then argue with you about how it was my mistake. Your dishonesty is the worst I've ever dealt with. Trying to charge me more than your advertised price is ILLEGAL!!! Your customer care is zero, It's about screwing your customers at all costs and not doing what's right. I will be forwarding this info to GM so they can hopefully help your dealership with customer care and over charging customers by not using the advertised price.

Always a pleasure to call up to the service department. Micah always has time for you and when you arrive you are never just another car. He Is very attentive and willing to do whatever he can do to help with your car and make your visit enjoyable. I had a meeting at the hospital and he was all over getting me a ride to my meeting. I had the pleasure of getting a ride from Tom Riege. He was so great and was so concerned about getting me back to the dealership after my meeting... I always look forward to my oil changes.. The people are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The service group is very helpful. It is easy to make an appointment and they get the work done in a timely manner.

A++++ Customer Service! I have taken my 2016 Tahoe to the Columbus Napleton Chevy Dealer for routine oil changes & tire rotation since I purchased my truck, but I have also had a warranty repair done and I have to say, I will go there for all my Chevy needs. You have to go and see what real customer service is all about. These people are complete professionals and at the same time, so friendly and accommodating. They never try to tack on extra work, they go through everything with me (of course) before working on my truck. The facilities are spotless, fresh coffee & snacks while you wait. Just a great place to have any service done.

On a recent trip thru Wisconsin, one of my tires started losing pressure. I pulled into Columbus, Googled Chevrolet Dealers, and located Napleton Chevrolet. I was greeted by Jessica at the service desk. She greeted me with a smile and a "how can we help you today". She entered my work order and said "we will get on it". 30 minutes later, Aaron, the repairman, brought my car out, greeted me, showed me a large nail that he pulled from the tire. He informed me it was not serious, he had plugged the tire and I was ready to go. The cost was reasonable, the service outstanding.
