The building was under construction at the time, but other wise the experience was good and they got me in and out pretty quick. They even helped me find a better finance company then what I had when I came in.

Chris Mckissor was super helpful helping a first time car buyer understand the process. Jeremy in finance took the time to explain everything thoroughly through the whole process.

I bought a Toyota truck from them. not a Chrysler. Truck has been great its a Toyota. They said they would send the title in the mail in a week. I bought the truck on October 24th. I kept calling and got the run around on where the title was. I did get an extra 30 day on my dealer tags. I called on Nov 23 and finally got the news that they didn't get the title in the mail till Nov 17. turns out they sent the title to the wrong address. They had the correct address on the title and all the paperwork just sent it to wrong address. I ended up driving 4 hours to get the title. Then I had to register the truck and pay late fee because I didn't get the truck register in 30 days. They don't want to make this right with me. so I do not recommend this dealership.

The facility was under construction so the bathroom had a temporary setup outside of the building, but it was still nice. Salesman was friendly. I felt like he was honest and it didn’t require trying to negotiate pricing on a trade-in.
