Eide Chrysler

Never buy a used vehicle even, if it is just a few months old, (or new one for that matter) without taking it an independent mechanic for a full diagnostic and visual inspection of all aspects of the car. Eide Chrysler will tell you that the car has been inspected top to bottom, when in actuality it isn't. All they do is perform the 16-point check which measures things like tire tread depth and fluid levels. Without an independent diagnostic and inspection you will end up with a vehicle that has multiple issues which should have easily been caught by the dealership. When brought to their attention, you MIGHT get the simplest of things fixed after numerous discussions with them. I have dealt with multiple quality Jeep/Chrysler dealerships in the past 20 years, and Eide Chrysler it NOT a reputable dealership.

I live near Grand Forks, ND. My 2004 Honda Accord with 281,000 miles is finally wearing out. Eide Chrysler in Bismarck had the exact vehicle I wanted to replace it, a 2018 Honda Pilot. Because of the COVID-19 virus, I didn't want to travel there. Nick and Jeremy were very helpful and professional. Jeremy "met" with my husband and me via computer and phone. Nick brought the Pilot to the Eide dealership in Grand Forks the next day so we could complete the deal. I am very pleased with the Pilot and my experience dealing with Eide Chrysler of Bismarck, ND.
