Great business.

I bought a very nice 06 Jeep Commander from Jacob. Was an easy process. Called and made an appointment came and drove it and i fell in love. Bought it right there and it was the cheapest in Indy. Will be back for next vehichle.

Unhappy customer

I brought a car from them Aug 27 of 2018 .... before i drove the car of the lot i was promised that ther car would be fixed .....I wasnt able to drive of the lot the day i got the car ....it was the shop for a week ....they said it was fixed but was back the shop for the same problem a week later and then was in the shop for two weeks .... a week after they said they fixed the car it was back in the shop for 4 weeks . The day i picked the car up after they said it was fixed it was driving worst then when i dropped it off i called them the next bussiness day and told them... they kept send me in CIRCLEs sayi g somone was gonna call me back ...finally i called back and they told me to bring back in ...problem w that is that it shakes really bad when it drives I have had the car for 2 and half months and it has been in the shop 4 times .... whoever they use for there mechanics are terrible......i have been nothing but patient w them ti.e after time i have drive the car a total of 3 weeks since i got it .... i have four kids and making a car payment on a car i dont have ....ppl say they gonna call me bavk but dont i have to keep calli g them....this car was a piece of crap ....i am not happy w this car lot at all ....then cone to fi d out they had just got the car that day they sold it yo me ....i could even get my plates for 2 months because they didnt have the title......i understand that its a used car but if you putti g more money in the car to get it fixed then what its worth then its a pieces of junk .....ive had the car fir 2 and ahalf months now and its been the shop 4 time berween 1 and 4 weeks each time .....

RUN LIKE xxxx

This place is a JOKE!! Its like a bunch of frat guys trying to run this business. Will tell you anything to sell a car. They will lie, xxxxxxxx and perform any kind of skim scam to get your money. The car I sold them knowingly had major xxxxxxw it. They listed it within days and said “flawless” no issues at all! Lies! Lies! Then when confronted w issues they tell you “ we dont check thise things out”!! RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THIS xxxx SHOW BUSINESS !!!

SheaVB

I called to make sure a car I was interested in was still available before I drove an hour and a half, it was, they told me. Got up there and found out they had actually sold it that morning. Irritating, but that happens. I am glad it did because it didn’t seem like any place I’d want to do business with. Pretty sleazy vibe. Beware.

Dishonest people and ads

We drove almost 3 hours to test drive a car that ended up being a piece of crap after being told through messenger and in the car ad that it was on perfect working condition. When we started it up the engine was extremely loud and the car was shaking. We werent even sure it would make it out of the car lot to test drive. When we went to turn around we heard this horrible scraping sound in the front of the car. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE!

Do Not Trust!! No Business Integrity!!

We drove a car on Saturday. Contracted to buy it on Monday with $$ down to hold. They sold it out from under us even with the contract.

We’re so sorry to hear about this, Constance! Our lot manager was under the impression you were going to obtain financing online Saturday night. There cars are junk they pulled Lucas oil all in the motor block to hide the fact that the motor was shot there is tricks that Mechanics can do to fool a person when buying a car and trust me they pull them all out there hat

Auto Nerd of Greenwood - Failed Commitment!

We purchased a rental to pick up a car after dealer confirmed our purchase. Dealer backed out of commitment and we lost $$. Very poor!

300 srt8 bad conditions

went to see today august 8th 2018 a 300 srt8 06 for sale, they said nothing was wrong with it and found out the car has to many problems, water pump was leaking really bad, caliper break was bad due to the leaking and was over heating and leaking ouk also, the rims were really bad, nearly 3k on cost to get it right, im glad i didn’t get the car

Foundit!!! Finally a dependable jeep. Thanks Kaleb

Called and set an appointment. Kaleb was very busy helping someone else when we got there but one of his coworkers helped us get the keys and allowed us to take it to a mechanic to inspect it as well. The jeep checked out better in person and under-the-hood than others we looked at over the past two weeks. The mechanic said that over-all it had been well maintained and had minimal rust on the undercarriage. We returned and Kaleb was available to help us and we were VERY impressed with how quickly the process was to get the paperwork and plate so that we could get back to bloomington. Kaleb and his guys were great and we recommend them!
