This dealership is not for a single mom with a teenager needing reliable transportation. We purchased a vehicle from them about 6 months ago and keep finding problems with it. I can not relax when my son is out in that vehicle, because I'm always expecting a call for me to have to come pick him up somewhere because the piece of junk we paid cash for might leave him stranded on the side of the road somewhere. All the dealership saw was cash money (which was an inheritance and all I had) and not the people that would be driving the vehicle. I really hope they don't sell their own moms and kids the junk they sold us. Will never go back to them again.

I was extremely pleased from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away in my new CX-5. No issues whatsoever.

I spent a month pestering dealerships from Orlando to Jacksonville. I asked every random question from how does the dash hold up in the Sun to questions I shain't repeat. Some folks give you straight answers; some folks make stuff up; some folks exagerrate; some folks can't sell their own cars and focus on putting down other people's products. I got a good deal at Duval Mazda, I don't know if it was the best deal I could have gotten, but I drove all the way from Gainesville, because Bryne Duren kept doing and checking all the ridiculous things I asked him to do and check. He even checked the mileage on a car hoisted fifteen feet in the air. Yes, I am that irritating. Anytime he didn't know an answer, we had a laugh. He's good stuff, that one. Two Mazda dealerships were closer, but these folks earned my business. If nothing else, their no haggle policy will give any deal hunter a reasonable starting point for gauging prices. Most folks won't want to give you their best deal until you've fought it out. At Duval Mazda, their fully discounted price is right on the window. I recommend making them your first stop if you're planning on buying a car anywhere in North Central Florida. Oh, and after a week of driving, I'm thoroughly pleased with my tiny Mazda 2. I test drove all the sub-compacts and it was by far the best from a pure driving funness perspective. I'm getting over thirty miles a gallon and making tight u-turns. The rear window is big enough to actually see out of and there isn't a bunch of garbage just to make it look extra fancy. Just a reputably reliable, efficient and fun vehicle. I could go on forever. I will finish by saying that I did a lot of research and Mazda is trending up. ThevSkyactiv technology is do amazing that Toyota is paying them to use it next year. Go buy a Mazda and buy it from these very fine folks. They're all good stuff ... except Will Law, he's a jerk. That was a joke, Will Law is okay, I guess; he's no Charlie Suh, but he's okay. I bet Bryne could beat up all of them. I could too, but I got this bum shoulder.

Dealing with Torben, Pat and Cindy is always a pleasure. I recommend scheduling service ahead of time to avoid long waiting, but the customer area is comfortable and well stocked with coffee. The courtesy shuttle has proven convenient too. P.s. remember to keep your service coupons for next tume!

I moved from Boston three years ago and this was my first auto purchase in Florida. I was interested in a Mazda because of their good reputation and style but I went to a Ford store first as I was in sales/sales management for Ford/Lincoln Mercury for 38 years and felt some loyalty to the brand. After a lackluster sales experience at a Ford store, I went to Duval and am glad I did. Sales associate Austin Skinner was not only knowledgable but was personable and really listened to what I was saying. He found the car that met both my taste and my budget. (And he even listened patiently to my "war stories" about my years in the automobile industry.) I was probably the most demanding customer he has seen but he was totally unfazed. I bought a great Mazda MP3 Grand Touring Sedan and I could not be more satsfied with it. Will Law, Sales Manager did a great job with the transaction as well. My neighbors all turned out to see my new car yesterday and I told them about my Duval experience. I will highly recommend Duval (and Austin) to everyone I meet.

Wonderful experience all in all. I spent time at other dealerships and was actually in the process of being stalked by other sales reps when I finally found my way into Duval Mazda. Their slogan is completely accurate. I felt no pressure whatsoever, found the right car for me and finished the purchasing process without any issues. Since I was buying used, I even preferred to have my mechanic (who happens to live on the other side of Jacksonville) look at it prior to purchasing. My sales associate had no issue with this whatsoever- Just gassed up the car and told me to enjoy. Overall my purchase was splendid- Todd was a joy. My car buying experience was definitely worthwhile. Will certainly be a repeat customer and I've already begun referring others.
