Hodges Mazda of the Avenues

My sales professional was Mr. Charlie Suh. I found him to be honest, friendly, timely and he paid attention to details. He and the dealership took the stigma out of the car buying process. I live north of Atlanta, Georgia but I would recommend to those I know that it's worth the drive to Duval Mazda at the Avenues.

I did all of my research on the Internet so I knew what car and features I wanted and what was a reasonable price. My sales person, Charlie Suh, was a pleasure to work with. He knew the car features well and got me just what I asked for and nothing more (no up-sell). This is my first Mazda and my first time buying from a Duval dealership. Happy with both so far.

We just purchased our first Mazda from Duval Mazda and was very impressed with our experience. Our sales associate, Jon Boswell, was very personable and knowledgable. Very accommodating and listened to our desires in a vehicle?and confirmed our desire to get the Mazda 3 gts was the right car to get. James, the sales manager and Chuck, general manager sealed the deal by locating the car in Orlando. I will be getting it next week. This car was very hard to locate and could have taken 90-100 days to get. They secured it right off the truck when it came in at Orlando. It only took them one day to nab it. I am ecstatic! We are new Mazda customers and plan on buying from Duval Mazda in the future.

The salesman, Todd Heim, was very helpful and made you feel that he is truely looking out for your best interest. He made the car buying experience something to remember instead of something to forget.

I like their no-hassle pricing. Deszi the salesman was very helpful, even managers seem like normal people. What a difference from those weirdos across the street.... Frankly, don't buy a new car before you drive a Mazda. Their newest models are just awesome.

I have purchased 2 cars from Duval Mazda at the Avenues. Both buying experiences were great. The service department is what sold the second car. The relationship they build with the customers is unbelievable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Duval mazda was a great experience!! Addae Andrews helped me get the car I want and for less then what I had told him I could spend! So not only did I drive out of there with a new car. I also drove out of there with some extra cash in my pocket! The sale time was by far the quickest of any dealership I've purchased from and my credit was the lowest anybody has ever seen. Not only did the gentleman at Duval Mazda make my 1st car buying experience great they made my second just as easy and helpful . This 2nd time I did business with Austin Skinner . He was very professional and answered every last question I had including controls within my new Mazda 3 . Between Austin and James they gave me the best trade in value I could possibly get as well as payments . Completely love this dealership they make you feel like part of the family instead of being some cheesy car sales men . I'll only do business with them !!!

We purchased a new car from Bryan. I have to say that this was the easiest transaction I have done for a vehicle. We inquired about a car we were looking for online. We received an email few hours later responding to our request. We later communicated on the phone and he informed me that the specific vehicle and its accessories that we want was not in stock but they will hunt it down and find it. Not before long I get a call that they found IT!!! Long story short, he gave me the best price available. No other dealer could beat and I mean no other. I had three different dealerships call me and try to get my business by trying to beat the price and they simple could not. Feels good to hear another dealership say "That's a really good deal"! If anyone I know wants to purchase a Mazda, I will not hesitate to send them Duval's way
