Chris was trying his best to accommodate my needs. I had to drop the vehicle at the dealership overnight for the proper diagnosis. I was very concerned but they tendered me and my concerns very well. The shuttle service was prompt (both drop off and pickup) and Chris gave me the update on the diagnosis process update every chances he got (once in 2-3 hours). I really appreciated it.
