Everything was fine up until the end.
Everything was fine up until the end. I was a little indecisive on exactly which vehicle I was wanting and I wanted to be sure since I drove 190 miles to come to this dealership. They became very abusive to me in the end. I'm a senior citizen and I was very shaken up by the ordeal. I had already sold my car at the Carmax closest to the dealership, I had no car to get back home and they were forcing me to take a deal I had not agreed upon. In the end I got them to honor their original proposal which I still have on paper but the abuse I went through is nothing I want to go through again. The salesman took me out to the car, handed me the keys and said have a nice trip without even explaining anything about the car. This is the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I would like to hear from upper management concerning this experience.
