Bobby, my service technician, was very nice and patient answering all my questions. My car was fixed within the time he gave me. The lobby was cleaned and I enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee they provided while I waited for the shuttle to take me home.

Bobby, my Service Representative, was great! I only waited about 1 minute when I arrived and then he was polite, professional, patient and knowledgeable. He listened to me intently and made me feel valued. He even made sure to take care of a recall that I was not aware of yet. He also made sure to ask if I needed a ride home. The shuttle driver, Chris?, was also fantastic! Before this experience, I had a really bad experience with this Service Department. This experience was a complete 360 in a positive manner. Thank you for making this time an efficient, courteous and smooth process! By the way, the phone call a day or two before was also excellent! This reminder regarding regular maintenance was so appreciated!

Great customer service and fast service. Professional. My car had 3 recalls and it took less than 1 and half to get all the recalls done. Would definitely recommend.

The dealership is very friendly and courteous, but it appears the speed is starting to slow down. My last visit, which was just a simple oil change, I was the second appointment of the morning, still took 2 1/2 hours.

Always feel comfortable with what they recommend. Had Bobby as my advisor and will try to schedule with him going forward. Have gone to other Kia service centers when no available appointment at Classic Kia of Carrollton, regretted it each time. We have purchased a total of 6 cars from them over the years and keep going back.
