The quality of service was very good, and it was nice

The quality of service was very good, and it was nice that they allowed me to rest at home while I waited and even drove me home by car. The friendly service from the staff was very good.

When I came in last month, I had a lot of concerns about

When I came in last month, I had a lot of concerns about my vehicle. I rolled up and told Bobby everything I was experiencing. He took the tile to listen to me. He told me how to prioritize. Bobby was very empathetic and understanding that it took me a while to get the money in order. I feel like he actually cares about me and my vehicle. I am so grateful!

Advisor greeted as I pulled thru service entrance and took notes of services needed. Needed state inspection, tire rotation, & oil change. It was completed 1-1/2 hours. Service was excellent.

Clean and convenient with nice staff.

Clean and convenient with nice staff. Took quite a bit longer than it should have for an EV scheduled service. Obviously didn't actually do the "however many" point inspection as the same day my windshield washer fluid low light came on.

Excellent work and would recommend to others but don’t

Excellent work and would recommend to others but don’t need to be advised what I need in the future. I know what my auto needs and if I had a problem I would then consult advice.

Had a great service experience.

Had a great service experience. Everyone have been very helpful and friendly. The person who handled my servicing clearly explained the servicing process and answered all my questions.
