Everyone from the sales to management to finance was friendly and professional. The entire process was easy and stress free. They were not offended by my offer and returned with an acceptable counter offer that I accepted. Totally a great experience.

Everyone at this location is always so kind and helpful. The service center is fantastic, getting the work done in a timely manner. It's a shame I don't live closer because Classic Kia Carrolton is my preffered location

They did the work but communication with the service department was not good. It took longer than expected and they should’ve known we had the extended warranty since we bought the car and the warranty through them but they didn’t seem to know. Disorganized and non communicative in my opinion.
