Classic Kia of Carrollton

They did the work but communication with the service department was not good. It took longer than expected and they should’ve known we had the extended warranty since we bought the car and the warranty through them but they didn’t seem to know. Disorganized and non communicative in my opinion.

Classic Kia of Carrollton always takes good care of my vehicle. They're always friendly and professional. Typically, i work with either Jason or Chris and they are both excellent advisors. I will continue bringing my vehicle to this dealer.

Had a fantastic experience due to my customer service person. He explained things thoroughly and kept me up to date during my service visit. I unfortunately didnt get his name before i left, but from my service docs, I believe it was Christopher. Thank you Christopher :)

My experience was wonderful. Jason went above and beyond to help me get my new tires and my car serviced!

For this visit, everything was great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the fact that they only shuttle 12 miles. My husband has a Volkswagon and his dealership in Lewisville which is even further from our home and they are able to shuttle him all the way home.

TODAY was a great day, I was able to get my SUV serviced by the new service dept mgmt and delivered by him as well. Change is good!!

Our salesman was Julius Farr , he was a true Professional , I've purchased many cars over the years and Classic Kia of Carrollton was the best experience I've had from any dealer hands down. Smooth easy purchase online. Julius spent time going over all the instruments, set up our 2023 Kia Sportage EX Hybrid. Matt in financing was great also.

This is my 3rd time receiving service from Classic Kia Carrollton. Everyone is very professional, friendly, and service experience is excellent. Clean, comfortable waiting room. Courtesy shuttle if needed. Constant communication of your service progress. Would highly recommend them!
