Failed to communicate expectations regarding the amount of time my vehicle would be held on premises, and neglected to follow up with me after I requested an update. Dealer has delivered falsified inspection results on my brake pads on at least one occasion in the last month, as I am now in possession of two contradictory reports. The work performed on my vehicle did not resolve the issues I was having, and I question the thoroughness of their diagnosis.
