They were not very responsive throughout the process of getting my car fixed and had it for over a month. They also gave me back the car with untightened battery terminals which led to be me being unable to restart my car and being stranded. I had to get it to an autozone to have them retighten the terminals. It's the carelessness to details that bothers me.
