I have purchased a vehicle before here and will always return since they really take the time to listen to what I want and NOT PUSH a sales agenda. I wasn't able to get into the service department since my purchase didn't complete until after the dept was already closed. It would've been nice to get a few accessories before I left. Richard greeted me after watching me walk the lot, with a smile and positive attitude!!

Rep Jason was rude and talked to me like I was stupid. Was told 1 hour for the vehicle to be ready, ended up waiting 3 hours. When the rep came with my keys they had misplaced the car and could not find it. Had to turn my alarm on and walk around the building to get it while he laughed at me. Always have had a good experience but this one made me want just go to a local body shop from now on.
