Such a good buying experience! All the way from the online followup to the friendliness of the finance office it was the best experience with a dealership. Our sales consultant, Ahmad was outstanding. Knowledge and patient, he explained the many features of the Telluride and how to use them. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the time we walked in until we picked up the car.

This. This dealership right here. This is how car buying should be. From the time we got to the lot to the time we left, there was not a single negative part. No pressure. No problems. Demario was attentive and listened to what we were looking for and gave us OPTIONS. Everyone wants options, right? John the sales director was fantastic! We went over some financing options (there's that word again!!) and he was able to give some good advice to my daughter to help her make her buying decision easier, and as a father I am always happy when I have a subject matter expert giving good advice to my kids, it helps them and also gives the feeling that they are just not here to sell cars, but to be a resource if needed. My daughter was able to get her car and because of the experience that I had there, I jumped the gun from a previous conversation with my wife where we decided that we would look for a new car for her in Decemeber ( my wife having previously had an older model Kia Rio has simple car tastes and all she wanted was another one in either silver or white) and asked John and Demario to go ahead and give me a Rio, and since at the time I was there, all the ones they had were silver, it was even easier. So 2 cars (possibly 3; after driving the wife's car cannot believe the mileage that thing gets and this is not the old-style Rio she used to have and that I once described as boring, drab, and looked like a high-end eastern Europe sedan circa 1984, but rather one I really enjoyed driving) bought from Classic Kia on Carrollton on Saturday. This makes the last 4 cars I have purchased were all from the Classic dealerships and the customer service just continues to get better and better. And notice how I never mentioned pricing until now. I didn't have to mention it because after looking at other dealerships, there was no comparison. None. So do yourself a favor, stop wasting your time and energy getting frustrated and simply go to Classic Kia and see Demario and John. You'll thank me later.

It was my first service for my new Kia. I was greeted with kindness and Jason was amazing! He kept me notified of how my service was going and was just a wonderful person to talk to. It was just a great experience from start to finish!

Chris from service department was courteous, professional and goes above and beyond to make sure all questions are answered & any concerns! He's the kindest man I have ever known!!! The oil change was done quickly & right. I love how Kia washes my car when I take it in to be serviced! Love the waiting area! They have everything you need to make you feel comfortable. The lady at the service counter at checkout was very nice too. Kia Employees walked by me while I was waiting for my car & they always said Hello & made sure I was satisfied & comfortable. You can't get this level of service anywhere else! I love it!!

Since we bought our kia i cant think of any place else to take or car too. They are wonderful.

Dave did a really great job of keeping me updated as to the problem and what was being done to correct it. Really glad Bill was hired to run the service department. He is a wealth of knowledge and doesn't hesitate when I ask questions.

Jason, my service advisor, always goes out of his way to make sure I’m taken care of. I always receive excellent service.

Chris Smith, my service advisor, did a great job of explaining my maintenance options. Also, I trust the quality of work from service dept. of Classic Kia.
