Flew in from out of state intending to buy a car there.

Flew in from out of state intending to buy a car there. Showed up and the vehicle was grossly misrepresented! Was not even nice enough to test drive. I realize used cars are never 100% perfect but the car was awful. Dealer did not even offer me a ride back to the airport or apologize for wasting my time. The guys on the phone were exceptional and professional in person it was like bait and switch. Not sure what it going on there but it was awful!

I bought a car here on 3/26/25 , and I am very disappointed with the lack of service and attention to detail. Even though I paid $689 for a processing fee this incompetent dealer has failed to do its job so I can register my vehicle. They are also unresponsive and basically dishonest. Save your time and money and shop a professional car dealership instead of this fraudulent business

I bought a car for my daughter on December 23, 2024, paid

I bought a car for my daughter on December 23, 2024, paid $23,000 cash. Less than a week later, on Sunday, December 29th, all the warning lights on the dashboard lit up and the car wouldn't start. My daughter was stranded. After contacting Kelli about the issue, I was advised to take the car to their shop or use the extended warranty I had purchased from them. It's unfair to have to repair a newly purchased vehicle. long story short, after being given the runaround by the owner Rami, who suggested I trade in the car for another problematic one, I refused. He told me just give him the document that says what wrong with it and he will fix it and charge more for the car. The nerves!!!! It's worth mentioning that most of the cars on their lot have been in accidents and are faulty. I eventually took my daughter's car to Tameron and paid $4,000 out of pocket, despite having an extended warranty, to fix all the issues. They push extended warranties because they are aware of the issues with the cars. If I hadn't bought the warranty, I would have been out $10,000. If you're considering buying from them, ensure you get a thorough car inspection (even if there are no warning lights on the dashboard)

Long story short….

Long story short…. I purchased a BMW cash for 22k and 24 miles down the road the coolant line busted resulting into a blown head gasket. Mind you, I got the vehicle towed back to them. They refused to fix it or offer any sort of solution. They also refused to trade it and advised its bc the engine now has issues. I now have to replace an entire engine in a vehicle that I drove less than a hour.

Worst dealership ever. Don't buy from them. Owner is a liar!!!! And will try and get loud and irate with customers

I was preapproved for financing through their financing

I was preapproved for financing through their financing and WestLake. I am out of town and cannot come in until tomorrow. Got an email today saying the car had been sold out from underneath me. They could have easily gotten earnest money from me until I got back into town. I am beginning to believe it was already sold when I talked to Mike on Monday because he was trying to convince me to look at other cars on the lot.
