In 2014 I purchased a 2011 Lexus RX350. from Rami. I was treated like a member of his family. He saved me more than $2,000.00 on my purchased. I could have purchased others brands of SUVs, but Rami recommended the RX350 and it has been an outstanding vehicle. The service from Preferred Imports is as good as it gets. I recently had some damaged to the rear bumper of my Lexus.. The local Lexus dealer quoted me $1,700.00 to replace the bumper. I took it to Preferred Imports and asked Rami to look at it and he said they could repair it. They did a GREAT job and it looks like a brand new bumper.. The savings were over $1,000.00. They went the extra mile and took care of any chip spots. My SUV looks like it it did four years ago. Thanks to Rami and Daniel, Fantastic job and done quicker than the Lexus dealer,
