When my car battery died, and I couldn’t get to them, they came to me & jump started it so I could get to the Service Center and get the new battery I desperately needed. Parking in an underground lot wouldn’t have allowed for a Tow Truck, so I’m so very happy they were able to help me. THANKS AGAIN to Bob and his Lexus Team.

purchased a RX 350 recently. I found Ty and the entire staff at the dealership very helpful and accommodating to my requests and schedules. They treated me with respect and were very fair in their financing and other support activities. I was particularly impressed with the Technology training that was offered immediately after the purchase and then returning to the dealership after a few weeks for follow-up training. These cars are loaded with technology features and it will require a deeper understanding of the functionalities to enjoy the experience. I appreciated the patience and willingness to coach.

Purchased my very first Lexus after visiting Lexus of Brookfield and working with salesman Bob Hill. What a wonderful experience! Bob's knowledge of the vehicles is immense, as he himself has been an owner since the first Lexus was sold! As a female I appreciated the way he treated me and respected my knowledge level of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing and didn't try to push or sway me into a different vehicle or unnecessary upgrades. Very impressed with the vehicle I purchased. Certified and brought to like new condition before being sold. Other dealers did the bare minimum (ie. Replaced only 2 tires instead of 4!???). Based on my personal experience thus far, Lexus of Brookfield is a professional, friendly and reputable dealership. Very happy with my Lexus NX.
