Female employee at service counter (no name tag) wore no mask and did not stand behind the plexiglass barrier. She handed papers and spoke to customers 2 ft away - no mask, no distancing.

Brought my car in for it's "first scheduled service" and was very pleased with the people at the Service Desk as well as the video the Technician sent me while I was waiting for my car. The video is a nice touch and let's you know how the car is doing in all the places you normally can't get to or see. Overall, it was a good experience and I was in and out quickly.
