Brought my car in for it's "first scheduled service" and was very pleased with the people at the Service Desk as well as the video the Technician sent me while I was waiting for my car. The video is a nice touch and let's you know how the car is doing in all the places you normally can't get to or see. Overall, it was a good experience and I was in and out quickly.

I made an appointment online for 8:30 for 2nd year service and an inspection sticker. The site asked for a pickup time I chose noon auto wasn’t ready until 4:15. By that point my ride was busy turned out to be an inconvenience to me to have to pick up next day.

Fantastic service, clean, efficient, and friendly. Easy drop off and pick up, competitive pricing. Would recommend to anybody that required Volvo or Mazda service. Excellent

Truly excellent. I work in sales and Patrick is superb. They are the exception to the high pressure car buying experience. From the front desk and internet sales to Kendall in sales and the F&I closing, everyone was professional, fair, responsive and truly wonderful. Patrick is more than 75 minutes from my home, but i would most certainly travel there again when I'm ready to purchase our third Volvo for the family.

Overall, this dealership goes the extra mile to make things right. Aaron is very hands on. My 2019 is my 5th Mazda and a lot if that is due to the sales and Service that I get there. I continue to send friends to the dealership as I know they’ll get taken care of.
