I had an amazing experience at the dealership, thanks to Bob Fuqua and Kendall Chattman. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to guide me through the options and make sure I was comfortable with my choice. Their exceptional customer service made buying my Mazda a smooth and enjoyable process!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience

I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Mike. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he made me feel welcome, listened to what I was looking for, and guided me through the entire process with professionalism and care. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to explain every detail and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Thanks to Mike, what can often be a stressful experience was actually enjoyable and exciting. Previously I purchased Fords from a dealership in NH. Two guys that I work with had purchased from Patrick Mazda and were happy with them. I looked at the website and went by. The sales person was very happy & polite, no pressure. Let me drive different cars. It was a very easy process from beginning to end. I went back to get the sticker & registration and Justin greeted me like he was my best friend and had not seen me in two weeks. That is so refreshing! The service department said it would be a bit for the sticker but I was out in 20 minutes. Absolutely the best car buying experience ever. Would highly recommend them. This website doesn't include Mazda and made me pick something. I purchased a Mazda CX-30.

SCAMMERS!

SCAMMERS! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! They advertised for Mazda CX50 Hybrid for $349 a month and zero down. I called the dealer to confirm the ad. Drove about 2 hours and they tried to double the monthly payment. I showed their ad and he ( salesperson ) said we didnt read the “fine print” when I had confirmed it with their internet department. Spent an hour justifying their ad and at the end the salesperson and manager said “thats how we get people to come to the dealership”. Basically tried scamming us and wasted MY TIME...DO NOT LET THEM WASTE YOURS! This is why people hate going to dealerships cuz of the dishonesty...

same as previous reviewer. Confirmed with Lisa that car was available for test drive and arrived within an hour to find zero of the three cx9s listed on their website available for sale. I tried again a month later on an “arriving soon” cx9 and they started down the same path. Avoid at all costs a dealership playing these games.

If you are going to check on a car you saw online, don't

If you are going to check on a car you saw online, don't trust them when they tell you it is available. They had a 2016 Mazda6 up with 55k miles for $15k. I though it was too good to be true. I asked two different representatives ahead of time over text and email for confirmation that it was still on the lot. They confirmed. I showed up and they didn't claim it was sold that day before I got there or anything, but that is was sold 2 WEEKS prior. Not even hiding the bait and switch. The guy who was helping me was nice enough but if they're willing to lie about that just to trap you in the door, what else are they willing to lie about for the sale? Additionally, Just to get a feel for the cars I did test drive a mazda3 and let them appraise my car for a trade-in while I was on the test drive, since I was curious of my trade-in value regardless. I asked to go ahead and get my keys back (you know, my property) when I returned and gave them their keys. He said "oh we can worry about that in a minute." What an off-putting technique to keep a person at the table, gatekeeping their own property. All in all a good learning experience but not a good experience as a customer.

Nick was a pleasure to work with.

Nick was a pleasure to work with. I went to Patrick because of the positive reviews and I went to Mazda because the brand has been doing really well for my preferred class of vehicle. I hate haggling and Nick was incredibly patient and understanding. He heard what I was looking for and I walked out of there with a car I wouldn't have even considered previously, but I love it! He's professional and courteous and I would highly recommend working with him.

This was our second purchase from Nick Plouffe and Patrick Mazda in the past year (Mazda 3 and CX-5). We are very happy with the vehicles and the service . Nick is patient, and professional and doesn't pressure you. He also explains everything well, prints papers out, and highlights the important parts to make things easier. Nick is also very easy to communicate with via text/email and answers all of your questions. Highly recommend Nick and Patrick Mazda!
