I was less and less impressed by the wait time getting my car registered by the dealership as the days went on. I Would go elsewhere to buy another vehicle in the future.

The coolant in my vehicle was not filled which was a part...
The coolant in my vehicle was not filled which was a part of the service. This has happened twice now where something was not done during the service and after inspection during the delivery of the vehicle, I have found the issue. last time, the brake fluid was not filled while this time it was coolant. This is really not expected since I am paying Patrick Mazda more for the same service when compared to Sentry Mazda.

At the point of sale they were great to work with! kendall was fantastic. After purchasing the vehicle however it didnt pass inspection because it had not been driven and nav was reset. Knowing where to go for that was terrible no one communicated with eachother and i was sent a told to go to 3 different locations.

My wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable experiencing purchasing our car at Patrick Mazda. The showroom is beautiful and clean. The staff are cheerful and attentive. Our salesman Nick is pleasant, knowledgeable, competent, and fair. He gave us a great deal on our CX-5, and we have every intention of doing business with him again. Five stars across the board!

We enjoyed the experience of buying this car from Patrick Mazda. We showed up on Sunday to just look at a couple of used CX-9's anticipating you were closed as we were not interested in getting a quote on a trade. We did however speak with Bob who was up in the lot behind the building and explained we felt the cost after a trade would be higher than where we were comfortable, and maybe a few months from now when we owed a little less on our current CX-9 we may be closer to how much we wanted to spend. He offered to look up a price on a vehicle which did not have the posted price on it we said OK. Short story, after a no pressure conversation of where the price with trade was and where we wanted to be Bob spoke with the Sales manager Aaron and came back with a price close to ours. I was still not ready to buy, but my wife loved the car and we decided to make the purchase. Good job Mazda your were aggressive with your pricing, but not with sales pressure and sold me a car earlier than I was planning to buy one. Thanks,
