I made an appointment for my 2010 Dodge ram for the service engine light. I arrived and was greeted in a very friendly manner by Annette. We discussed the issues, and I left. Returned and was advised of the very serious issues. The Tech, Mathew came out and we went to the service area and he explained to me all that is wrong. Most all of the electrical sensors in the exhaust system are not working. We discussed and the work was completed. I was kept apprised of the situation at all times and the staff, Annette and Mathew were delightful to deal with. I was anticipating a bit more of a price reduction since I am a several times return costumer, both with new purchases and services.

Can’t get over how easy Cole and Mark made my experience from dealing with an insurance write off to getting into a beautiful brand new 2018 Jeep Compass. Simply texted me and asked me what I want and took over from there!! Would recommend this dealership to anyone. #ballinonabudget

Got some warranty work done. They saw a recall on the vehicle and took care of that too and also let me know if another recall on a second vehicle we own.

Brought my truck in for DEF issues they solve the problem within only few hours they gave me a ride to go home an then picked me up when was ready. Plus they took the time to wash it! Amazing service really polite nice and professional peoples there I recommand to everyone to go get there service there!

Wonderful gal at drop off ..Annette ...she is so pleasant and helpful... Mechanic Michael Carter top notch!! Takes time to give you full details and knows his stuff very friendly ... Waiting room such a delight...big Tv , treats for free ...hot coffee, tea, chocolate ..even popcorn and National Geographic for the guys!! Which thrilled my hubby.

The dealer dies have good prices on used vehicles. But stick to your guns about what you want and on price. On my first dealing with them I told them what my max was and if course they went quite high above it. They dropped their price a little but not enough. Eventually we got to my original price. The sales manager is a quick talker, so take your time but be rushed by them. And find out all details, they kept promising to do the 3M on the front of the truck, turns out it was only the hood and a small portion of the corner of the front fender, yet they kept saying full front 3M. I fought for them to do the full package, which still by industry standards is not the "full 3M package".

My wife and I shopped everyday for 3 month on line and on the phone for a vehicle , After being lied to by just about every salesman we dealt with we we frustrated and angry , we just wanted a honest salesman willing to make an honest deal . When we found the exact vehicle we were looking for online we thought here we go again ... we made the call Tyler Bunz was our salesman Because we had to drive 1200 km we needed to be sure it was worth the drive to look , every thing that Tyler told us was exactly as he said it was , nothing changed on the deal when we arrived , no surprises just a great attitude , great service and great dealership .
