Amazing!!

They did everything they could for me! I had a HORRIBLE experience with Sherwood dodge and these guys made it worth it to buy again! Thanks to Tyler Bunz for selling us such a great SUV I will only be buying from Grove Dodge from now on! Highly recommend these guys!

2014 Ram 1500 Longhorn. Excellent condition.

Sticker price online was lower than other dealerships with similar used stock. Truck was even better looking in person than online. Excellent condition for a 2014. It was great doing business with Steven. Highly recommended.

Never ever will I go here for anything

This grove dodge is the worst dodge I have ever had to deal with.. I wouldn't bring my bicycle here.. Michelle in parts is the rudest parts personal I have ever had to deal with.. I will drive to Stony Chrysler.. they atleast are helpful and don't sound hung over and bitchy.. thanks but no thanks I will take my business elsewhere from now on

Typical used car salesman

Salesman first told me of a trade in price for my vehicle which turned into a lower trade in value and a “waiving of fees” which turned out to be I don’t have to pay for something that I’m not getting ie warranty for tires and rims and key fob warranty. The manager when I spoke to him agreed to honour the trade in value I was originally told as I told him it isn’t a waiving of fees if I don’t actually get the warranty. When picking up the vehicle after signing the bill of sale as we got the key(s) we were then told that by the way there is only one key fob and that if we had taken the warranty we could have come back later and say that we had lost one and it would have been replaced. Then the salesman said that he “felt bad” about that and he would see about covering the part of the cost and that he would throw in a free oil change which the finance person already said I was getting. Unfortunately I didn’t get the offer to cover part of the fob cost in writing. We were told that the vehicle had been filled up for me - when I test drove it on the Sunday it was full but not when I picked it up to take home.

Hello Shanel, Sorry there was only 1 key for the used vehicle you bought from us. When it comes to used vehicles we only have as many keys as the previous owner gave us and in this case it was 1. The vehicle should have been topped right up with fuel when you picked it up, if you are around the dealership please stop by and we'll fill your tank again. Sorry about that!

Not impressed...

Sure they are fast to get you in a car. But after the sale is done they don’t follow up or return your calls or emails. I’ve called multiple times speaking to many different people even tried emailing. And I did not get one call back from no one. To start I called the front desk secretary 3 times and left messages for her to tell Cole to call since he was unavailable. Cole, I spoke to you once on the phone and through email about my car missing a spare tires you never returned my call or email. Adam, i spoke to you on the phone as well about my car missing a spare tire. You told me you’d look into it and have Cole call me right away. No returned call. Domenico my Dad spoke to you directly. You said you’d take care of me. Again. No phone call and days have passed now. Thank you for the great customer service.

Hey Kevin, The used Chevy Malibu you bought from us here at Grove Dodge does not come with a spare tire. Like many manufactures now Chevy has chosen to include a compressor and tire repair kit. This has become quite common.

In a rush

I brought my truck in on a whim hoping to get an oil change at least... I had 1.5 hours. They got me in right away, completed an oil change, front and rear diff oil change and transfer case service. Also did an inspection in which they found an exhaust manifold leak and booked me in the near future to have it repaired. Knowledgeable and polite! Great work!
