Everything went well up until the paperwork was signed, minus the lack of knowledge of the salesman. Then he promised us the vehicle by Monday and disappeared to never be seen again. on Monday we got a call to say it'd be ready this afternoon. by 6pm we were told it was never going to be ready Monday but rather Tuesday 2-3pm. Tuesday comes, we call and are told now its 6 because it needs fuel. When we got there at 6pm, it wasn't ready. No fuel. I noticed the windshield they replaced (they promised an original Jeep windshield but installed an aftermarket cheap one). The best comes from the GM though! When we went to let him know of our issues, he chose to be condescending to my wife. Comparing her 35k$ car to his 10yo daughter's juice. Downplaying the entire thing and refusing to address the issues instead offering one single free oil change ( which are already free anyways). I don't feel I was respected as a person, let alone as a Veteran (which they knew). I didn't fight for these chicken necking cowards to lie to me and try and rip me off that's just not right. It's up to you where you go but if respect is a value of yours, there's other dealerships out there. P.S.: They do not offer any deal to Veterans which is odd since other jeep dealership have in the past. Just saying..

Dropped by later in the day to have my 2017 Ram 1500 serviced for an oil change. Talked to David and after checking on scheduling was able to not only fit me in but had it done with 30 minutes tops. Also scheduled my recall notice for a time that was convenient for me. Thanks again David. GRS

Dave greeted me as soon as I walked into the shop, was polite, direct and informed me every step of the way, even arranging for a courtesy company rental vehicle. The shuttle service providers were friendly and professional. Everything went smoothly. Thank you!

As always, the service department is a pleasure to deal with. The shop foreman explained in terms I can understand what was wrong and time frame for repair. David and Norm provided quick turnaround with a loaner, which always makes life easier. Thanks again!

As always like any place you go there are a few good and bad apples. 2 negatives- booked a appointment and when I called back to confirm, the booking was not made. Very upset due to the fact I'm 3.5 hrs away. 2nd they charge for every little thing. I know this is a business but some things should be a courtesy. The positive. Annette is very true and honest. Knows her stuff. Calls when she says she will call, asks for permission before doing extra repairs. Keeps you and your vehicle current on what needs to be done and the importance of each item. Must do or should do or recommend do. This way you can budget for it. Work done is always correct and I'm always happy when I leave. Good job team.

I recommend this dealership both for repair work and for vehicle purchases. They have always treated me well and when it was time to buy a new vehicle, it was fast, easy, with no surprises. Bara found me the right price on the vehicle I wanted, and there were zero hassles. Mark in finance was professional and offered some good options to take advantage of.

From start to finish the service was amazing. The work that was done was top notch. Grove isn’t the closest dealer to us but we will definitely be using them as our servicing dealer from now on.

Dropped my Ram 2500 off with service advisor Annette. She was very friendly and helpful when she called with estimate. Her estimate was accurate and when I picked up my truck, the mechanic Matt showed me my old parts and explained why they had to be replaced. Both Annette and Matt explained future repairs that I will be needing. They made me feel welcome and after this experience I trust them 100%. My experience at other Dodge dealerships had turned me off because of their customer service and greed. I am very glad I went to Spruce Grove. Great job !!!
