The folks at Grove Dodge completely changed my mind about buying cars from a dealer. From start to finish i felt i was in control of my purchase and not once was i pushed into any decisions. Roman greeted me warmly and continued throughout the process to be helpful, patient and friendly. I test drove a few vehicles and did a finance work up of a couple before finding the one that fit my needs. Adam gave insightful advice, made sure i felt comfortable and treated me like family. Finally, Mark sealed the deal by getting me a great rate, answering all my questions fully and making sure i would be worry free in my new vehicle. Compared to my past dealer experiences, this was a complete turnaround. Grove Dodge has definitely earned themselves a returning customer.

Helpful and personable. Finance manager was very good to us. Helped us get into a good vehicle. Communication was great. Confortable atmosphere would of liked vehicle to be cleaned more.

Warren was great, He has a very good knowledge on what they have. Both Warren and Gary tried very had to get everything that I asked for in a vehicle. Would recommend anyone yo use either one of the to men. They were very polite and I was treated great.

i drove into the service department and made arrangements to have my windshield washers repaired. I returned my car and received a curtesy ride to my volunteer place. My car was fixed in a short while.

It was a Thursday evening I found myself sputtering and crawling my way into the dealership parking lot in my dying 01 Ford Ranger, defeated and moral diminishing from the years of wear and tear my mental health endured from the hardships of driving a ford and dealing with its constant breakdowns, I needs a hero, and that Hero was Adam Fayad. Like light breaks the darkness on a morning sunrise Adam was there to brighten my vehicle world. Within minutes Adam had thrown me on his shoulders like Sam Wise Gamsey carried Frodo on Lord of The Rings. The Ford Ranger being my Mount Doom. "I can't carry this burden for you, but I can carry you!" Adam yelled as he threw me into a brand new 2016 Dodge Ram. Music played epically as I drove away from the fiery pits of xxxx of a Ford, Adam my saviour, fully saved, fully satisfied with the service he provided. Adam Fayad is a model salesman and the hero I needed. 10/10 would recommend and buy from him again

I love going to Grove Dodge it's like being with family. I wanted to trade in my 2010 Chrysler 300 that I bought from Grove Dodge one and a half years ago, for a New 2016 Dodge Ram. I got an amazing deal for my car and my NEW truck which I love. Everyone that helped us was amazing. I loved working with Adam & Steven they are great guys. No xxxxxxxx they tell you how it is, I like that in a sales person plus they are not pushy which is nice. Plus a big thank you to jimmy one of the managers for giving me a great deal.
